Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you are satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements:

• This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
• All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
• All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
• Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Manuscript Formatting Guidelines

• Language: English only
• File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
• Font: Times New Roman, Size 12
• Line Spacing: Double spacing throughout the manuscript
• Page Margins: 1 inch on all sides
• Page Numbering: All pages must be numbered consecutively
• Abstract: 150 to 250 words
• Keywords: 4 to 6 keywords must be provided
• References: Follow APA or IEEE citation style consistently throughout the manuscript

Manuscript Structure

• Title Page — Title of the paper, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author email
• Abstract — A brief summary of the research
• Keywords — 4 to 6 relevant keywords
• Introduction — Background, problem statement, and objectives
• Literature Review — Review of related work
• Methodology — Research design and methods used
• Results — Findings of the study
• Discussion — Interpretation and implications of results
• Conclusion — Summary and future directions
• References — Complete list of cited sources
• Appendices — If applicable

Ethical Requirements

• Submitted manuscripts must be original and unpublished
• Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is strictly prohibited
• All authors must have contributed significantly to the research
• Conflicts of interest must be declared
• Research involving human subjects must include ethics committee approval
• Data fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism will result in immediate rejection

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process. Each manuscript is evaluated by a minimum of two independent expert reviewers. Authors will receive the editorial decision within 4 to 6 weeks of submission. Editorial decisions include Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

Readers are free to share, copy, distribute, and adapt the published material for any purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal.
